Thank you for choosing our candles! Please note the following terms regarding refunds and exchanges:
No Refunds on Used Candles
Once a candle has been used or burned, we are unable to process any refunds. We recommend testing the scent before lighting the candle to ensure it meets your expectations.
Exchange Policy for Unused Candles
If you are not satisfied with the scent you have chosen, we are happy to offer an exchange. The candle must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 7 days of receiving your product. After 7 days, we are
unable to offer exchanges.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product, and we will guide you through the process.
